Because our products are primarily delivered digitally, we have a specific refund and cancellation policy for digital purchases.
1. Digital Products

A. Duplicate Payment

D. Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive a different digital product from the one you purchased due to an error on our part, please contact us.

3. Change of Mind
Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after purchase, change-of-mind requests generally do not qualify for a refund once the digital product has been delivered or downloaded, subject to applicable law.
Before purchasing, please carefully review the product description, format, contents, and other information provided on the product page.
4. Cancellation of Orders
For digital products, orders are normally processed automatically after successful payment.
Therefore, a cancellation request may not be possible once the product has been delivered or the download/access process has started.
If you believe you have placed an order by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. We will review the request based on the status of the order and applicable policies.
5. Bundles and Multiple-Product Purchases
If a purchase contains multiple digital products or is sold as a bundle, a refund request concerning one item may be considered separately depending on whether the other products in the bundle have already been accessed or downloaded.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, correction, partial refund, or another suitable resolution.
6. Download and Access Problems
If you experience difficulty downloading or accessing a purchased product, please contact us before submitting a refund request.

Free downloads, samples, promotional resources, and complimentary products do not qualify for monetary refunds.

If AspirixWriters offers physical products in the future, their return, cancellation, replacement, and refund terms may be governed by a separate policy applicable to those products.
